1:1 hypnotherapy

This 1-hour hypnotherapy session is a deeply relaxing and transformative experience designed to help you access your subconscious mind and address personal challenges. The session typically begins with a brief consultation to discuss your goals, concerns, and any issues you want to work on. This allows me to tailor the session specifically to your needs.

Once you are comfortable, I will guide you into a relaxed, focused state of hypnosis. In this calm, meditative state, you will be fully aware and more open to suggestions. This state of mind allows you to access underlying beliefs or emotions that may be affecting your behavior or wellbeing. Through carefully chosen suggestions and techniques, we will work together to reframe negative thoughts, release emotional blockages, or reinforce positive changes.

The session concludes with a gentle awakening, leaving you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.


1:1 RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is an advanced therapeutic approach designed to deliver fast and effective results by addressing the root cause of your issue in just a few sessions. The RTT process includes a comprehensive and personalized experience that ensures long-lasting change.

  1. 30-Minute Initial Consultation: We begin with a 30-minute call or in-person consultation, where we discuss your challenges, goals, and what you'd like to achieve from the therapy. This conversation helps me tailor the session to your specific needs, ensuring a highly focused and personalized approach.

  2. 2-Hour RTT Session: The core of the RTT process is the 2-hour session. During this time, I'll guide you into a deep state of hypnosis where we can access your subconscious mind. Together, we will uncover and address the limiting beliefs and emotional blocks that are holding you back. Using a combination of hypnotherapy, cognitive behavioral techniques, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), we will work to rewire your mind for success and freedom from negative patterns.

  3. 1-Hour Follow-Up Session: To ensure the changes are lasting, a follow-up session within a month is provided. This is a crucial part of the process where we assess your progress, reinforce positive changes, and provide further support as needed.

Additional Support:

  • You will also receive a personalized hypnotic audio recording, designed to reinforce the transformation achieved during the session. Listening to this daily for 3 weeks will strengthen your new beliefs and encourage creation of new habits of your choice.

  • A mini ebook with useful tips and exercises will be provided to ensure a smooth RTT experience and to help you continue your journey of self-improvement.

  • Throughout the process, I am here to support you, offering guidance and encouragement to ensure your transformation is effective and enduring.

1:1 hypnotic mentoring

A 60 or 90-minute follow-up session designed to support and guide you after your initial hypnotherapy experience or RTT. It provides ongoing encouragement and strategic guidance as you work towards creating your desired lifestyle and achieving your goals. This session is perfect for reinforcing the breakthroughs made during hypnotherapy and ensuring you stay on track with your personal growth journey.

During the session, we may:

  • Revisit your goals and progress since the hypnotherapy session.

  • Explore any challenges or obstacles you might be facing.

  • Use hypnotic techniques to help strengthen your mindset, keep you focused, and maintain momentum.

  • Develop practical strategies and action plans to help you achieve your desired lifestyle.

Most importantly I am person who loves life and everything it has to offer. I choose to see good even in the most challenging moments of my life and trust in support of God which helps me feel the fear but do what I desire anyway.

I am grateful for every day and every experience. I have learnt how to work with my thoughts, beliefs and emotions effectively so now I can teach you.
