HYPNOTHERAPY is a therapeutic technique that uses guided relaxation, focused attention, and deep concentration to achieve a heightened state of awareness, or a trance. In this state we can access our subconscious mind to address various issues such as stress, anxiety, phobias, and unwanted habits. It promotes positive change by helping us reframe negative beliefs and behaviors.

Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy (RTT) is a specialized approach that combines hypnosis with other therapeutic techniques to deliver fast and effective results. By identifying and addressing the root cause of emotional or behavioral issues, RTT enables us to experience profound shifts in just one to three sessions. This method empowers us to release limiting beliefs, break free from negative patterns, and achieve lasting transformation.

How does the session feel like? To most of us it feels like meditation, talking therapy with closed eyes. We have full control of what we say and indeed we remember everything that happened during the session.
